Cookie policy

What this is

Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data saved on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are used only if you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Necessary (always on)

wm_session: keeps you signed in.

wm_aff: remembers the affiliate link that brought you to us, for 30 days.

wm_consent: remembers your cookie choice.

Language, last space used and your booking in progress, saved in your browser storage.

Statistics and session replay (PostHog)

Only if you accept “Statistics”. A random anonymous identifier (cookie and browser storage starting with ph_) lets us count visits and unique visitors, for up to 12 months. If you also accept “Session replay”, we record the home page and the booking screens; what you type is hidden and recordings are kept up to 30 days. Data is stored in the European Union.

Advertising (Meta)

Only if you accept “Advertising”. Meta sets the cookies _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days) to recognise which ad brought you. We send Meta the events “opened the booking flow”, “sent a request” and “booking created”. After you send a request, your phone number is sent in hashed form with your IP address and browser information.

Google Maps

The map and the address search are provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when they load. See Google’s policy for details.

Your choices

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject or change each category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. When you withdraw a choice, the matching cookies are deleted.
